What's the difference between the free scan and the paid report?
The free scan gives you a summary — how many violations were found and their severity levels. The Full Report unlocks every violation with specific fix instructions, code examples, and WCAG criteria references, plus a downloadable PDF for sharing with stakeholders.
Can I cancel my Monitor Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. You'll continue to have access through the end of your billing period. No long-term contracts.
Does passing your scan mean I'm legally compliant?
No. Our scans check technical criteria against WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Legal compliance with ADA, EAA, or other regulations requires review by qualified legal counsel. Automated testing covers approximately 25-30% of WCAG criteria; manual testing is needed for the rest.

How many pages does the scanner check?
The free scan checks up to 5 pages, the Full Report scans up to 20 pages, and Monitor Pro scans up to 100 pages per scan. Our scanner discovers pages by crawling your website starting from the URL you provide.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see or store your full card details.
Do you offer refunds?
Emergency/Full Report scans (€29) are refundable if we cannot complete the scan due to technical limitations on our end. Monitor Pro subscriptions can be canceled anytime with prorated refunds for unused days.
